PROOF OF BUSINESS
Customers must forward appropriate sales tax forms, i.e.: business license, vendors permit or provincial tax number.
QUALIFIED WHOLESALE CUSOMERS: $50.00 minimum. Vendors with proof of business receive additional discounts (off wholesale) on the Fancy strands, Round Beads and Fresh Water Pearls and Vendors Specials.
RETAIL CUSTOMERS WELCOME WITH A $75.00 MINIMUM PURCHASE (before taxes) All sales are final
Retail customers are welcome. All items are sold at wholesale prices- We do not have multi tier pricing. The minimum purchase is $75.00 per visit per order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept VISA, MASTER CARD.
CREDIT TERMS
For customers with an established credit account; payment must be made with COMPANY CHEQUE, MONEY ORDER or CASH. All payments made with credit cards or debit will be charged an additional 3% service charge upon payment. For each additional day/month which payment has not been received, a 0.03% daily interest will be applied the outstanding balance.
CHEQUE
All company cheques forwarded must be accompanied by the following (two)-identification information for a speedy processing on their order, Visa or Master Card number with expiry date and driver's license number. For customers whose cheque is returned to us non-sufficient fund, a $35.00 service charge will be applied and all future order will be shipped C.O.D.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and authorization number which is assigned by Rainbow Minerals & Beading. Credit will be placed on the customer account. No returns will be accepted without proper authorization and copy of invoice. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns on invoices dated beyond 10 days will not be accepted. A 20% re-stock fee may be applied on certain products.
SHIPPING: DAMAGED/ MISSING MERCHANDISE
Rainbow Minerals & Beading is not exclusively responsible for any damages or missing merchandise when it becomes the courier services' hands. Products damaged or missing during shipment must be reported immediately to both the carrier and Rainbow Minerals & Beading. Rainbow Minerals & Beading will submit the paperwork for all claims. No claims will be honored without proper notification. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Products with hidden damage or missing parts, etc. may be returned upon notification to and authorization from Rainbow Minerals & Beading. Rainbow Minerals & Beadings is not responsible for postage on returned items.
PRICE LIST
FOR A COPY OF THE PRICE LIST YOU MUST BE A WHOLESALE CUSOTMER. The wholesale price list may be revised without prior notification to customers.
