To participate in wholesale pricing those customers who do not have any proof of business must have a minimum purchase of $50.00
in-store and on-line.(Before taxes, one invoice per person, No Exceptions) 

QUALIFIED WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS have No Minimum Purchase

Exchanges for Vendors (All other sales are Final): Cut and broken items/ strands, any wire spooled or otherwise can not be returned or exchanged- they are a FINAL SALE

In store purchases for Vendors only: Must be pre authorized within 7 days of the purchase date and must be accompanied by the original copy of invoice. No refunds will be given, all returns will be placed as a credit on the customer's account. If there is a discrepancy with an invoice and the products purchased, RMB must be advised immediately and the matter discussed only with a manager.

Mail order: The return must be pre-authorized within 7 days of receipt of merchandise and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
No returns will be accepted without proper authorization and copy of invoice. Store credit will be placed on the customer account.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.  A 25% re-stock fee will be applied.Cut and broken items/ strands, any wire spooled or otherwise can not be returned or exchanged- they are a FINAL SALE

SHIPPING: DAMAGED/ MISSING MERCHANDISE Rainbow Minerals & Beading is not exclusively responsible for any damages or missing merchandise when it becomes the courier services' hands. Products damaged or missing during shipment must be reported immediately to both the carrier and Rainbow Minerals & Beading. Rainbow Minerals & Beading will submit the paperwork for all claims. No claims will be honored without proper notification.

Products with hidden damage or missing parts, etc. may be returned upon notification to and authorization from Rainbow Minerals & Beading. Rainbow Minerals & Beadings is not responsible for postage on returned items.
